Core Dynamic’s instructors have professional and real world experience to provide the knowledge and skills necessary to prepare our students. Our instructors are continuously training to provide the most current and relevant information.


 

Chris Vermeer

Owner/Lead Instructor

Chris has been teaching firearms training for over a decade and has trained all over the United States with some of the biggest names in the industry. He worked as a certified range officer for one of the largest shooting ranges in Arizona and became a firearms instructor after losing a close friend in a mass shooting. He is a Certified NRA Firearms Instructor and serves on his church security team. Chris was also a wilderness first responder and rescue diver. He is an avid hunter and mentors for the Women’s Javelina Hunting Camp.


Nate Neale

Firearm and Medical Instructor

Nate is a US Marine Corps Veteran deploying multiple times over seas and was selected as the teams Combat Life Saver while on deployment in the 6 years of service. Nate is a Certified EMT, NRA Firearm Instructor and is also one of our Force-on-Force instructors.


AUSTIN KILLMER

Firearm and Medical Instructor

Austin has a passion for firearms training and has trained all over the US with some of the best firearms instructors in the industry. He has also worked with one of the largest firearms training companies in the US. After he graduated EMT school he went on to become a volunteer Firefighter in AZ and tutored the EMT program at Pima Community College. Austin is a Certified NRA Firearms Instructor.


Tim Klüg

Lead Medical Instructor

Tim retired after 20+ years as a captain and paramedic for a local fire department in Arizona. Tim is a former paramedic program director and spent several years teaching various curriculum to paramedic students. Tim has an extensive background in the medical field including Trauma, Head Injuries, ACLS, Airway, Hazardous Materials, and Technical Rescue Technician. He is also currently a commercially rated pilot.


Alison Horner

Medical Instructor

Alison is a licensed and certified athletic trainer, a healthcare provider specializing in emergency care, prevention, diagnosis and treatment of musculoskeletal and athletic injuries. She has been practicing for 7+ years.
Credentials/Certs: MS, AT, ATC, BLS, Red Cross CPR/First Aid/AED Instructor
